1. How long will my order take to deliver?
Orders within India usually take 3 - 5 business days. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email once dispatched.
2. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, Only replacement is allowed for damaged or unused products. Refunds are not available. Please see our Return Policy for details.
3. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using the following methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when the product is delivered to your address.
2. Online Payment – Use debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets supported by our checkout system.
Note:
COD orders may have higher RTO (Return to Origin) risk.
Prepaid/online payment orders are faster to process and safer for both customer and supplier.
4. Are your products available in Kerala / India?
Yes, we deliver all over India, including Kerala.
5. How do I contact customer support?

6. Are the products genuine and of good quality?
Yes! We carefully select our products and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
7. Can I cancel a COD order?
COD orders can be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not allowed.
